The one with the "honey-do" list....

Corey took this whole week off of work and decided that he is going to get caught up on a bunch of much neglected household chores. He has been doing everything on his list....cleaned out the gutters, caulked the tub and sink in the bathroom, yard work and it's only Tuesday! He has also been "studying" really hard for his interview on Wednesday. He told me tonight that he is going to fast - I love when he gets all spiritual on me. He has such a strong testimony. Anyway..still haven't finished cleaning my bedroom yet. I am totally distracted by the darn Twilight books. I never did read the whole series and I finally decided that I wanted to read them all before New Moon comes out. So I read New Moon and Eclipse and I'm 1/2 done with Breaking Dawn and it's only been about a week. I am totally loving them and find myself grinning and getting all giddy inside like I'm a teenager in love all over again. I told Corey that I wanted him to love and adore me like Edward does Bella....and tonight we actually had progress. He said he wanted to watch Twilight and see what all the fuss is about. This is a GOOD sign! Corey is not a movie watcher so if I can get him to sit through a chick flick like Twilight, we may have something here!!

The one with all the estrogen....

So, this is me and the only other 2 females in my home. Us sistas gotta stick together! We are out numbered BOYS-5 and GIRLS-3! Anyway, we all love our kitties very much....they are named London and Maddie and yes if you are a Disney freak like we are then you will know that these names are straight out of one of our favorite shows called "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" (oh, and ya, Zac is kind named after that show too....lol! But mostly after Zac Efron!) OK OK - I'm weird what can I say - I'm just a big kid at heart. My kids have been at my mom's all weekend and what did I do this morning for over an hour..?? I watched Scooby Doo - and I loved every minute of it.

The one with the REALLY messy bedroom....

OK-I admit it..this is my room - and it's a disaster area! I'm sick of it being so messy so I decided that I would clean it out and try to D.I. as much I could. My momma took all 3 boys for a couple days so I have no excuses. This is the "before" picture and hopefully tomorrow I will post the "after"....wish me luck!! lol!

Kristen came over today with the kids to kill some time since it's UEA weekend and there was no school today. They all played together so good outside - they even let Zac and Bailee play football. It was cold today; I turned on the heat for the first time this year!
